The List

List of stuff I should be looking for:

-What kinds of blocks can Endermen pick up / move?
-What do Endermen drop? Do they have a sound yet?
-How intrusive are they?
-Are there fish (silver or otherwise)? [NOPE]
-Giant mushrooms; what do its blocks do, do they ever look different?
-Strongholds; what is inside? iron bars?
-Any baby animals?
-Boss mobs?
-Giant oceans: what's at the bottom?
-Do rivers flow?
-New Nether content?
-Does the skylands exist yet?
- What do zombies drop now?
-New foods/farming?

Pre-PAX Post

PAX is at the end of this week, and I am going to be there! Also, I got picked as one of the 4 to volunteer at the Mojang booth all day Saturday. This means I will be doing things like talking with fans, showing people to the computers (for demos) and other random things. I plan on stopping by on Friday to get signatures and try out 1.8 (probably a couple times) and talking with people all day Saturday about how they liked it.
After PAX, I plan on writing a pre-review of 1.8, talking about the things I liked, the things I didn’t like, and changes I would make if I were Notch.

If anyone has any specific things they want me to look out for, or ask people about, just let me know. I’m not going to be bothering Notch all day with questions, but I will gather what I can from playing and from talking to people who have played.
